Location: Dalymount Park, Phibsborough, Dublin 7

Dublin City Council is proposing to redevelop Dalymount Park.  The proposed development will consist of

  1. demolition of existing stadium and development of a new c.8,034 capacity stadium with new modern floodlighting and associated facilities,
  2. reorientation of the pitch and installation of a new sand-based grass pitch,
  3. basement area to facilitate competition area changing rooms and facilities,
  4. club offices and merchandise shop for Bohemian FC as anchor tenants,
  5. a community facility of 585sq.m over two floors to include a multi-functional community room and gym

A small part of the site is located in an Architectural Conservation Area, and limited works are proposed to this area.

Plans and Particulars of the proposed development may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy for a period of 4 weeks from 6th October 2023, during public opening hours at the offices of Dublin City Council, Public Counter, Planning Department, Block 4, Ground Floor, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8, Monday - Friday 09.00hrs to 16.30hrs and Phisborough Library, Blacquiere Bridge, Off North Circular Road, Phibsborough, D07 VX54 – Monday and Wednesday 13.00hrs to 20.00hrs (closed 16.00hrs to 16.45hrs); Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10.00hrs to 17.00hrs (closed 13.00hrs to 14.00hrs). The plans and particulars are available to view online on Citizen Space https://consultation.dublincity.ie

A submission or observation in relation to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made, in writing, to the Executive Manager, Planning Department, Dublin City Council, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8, before 16.30hrs on 17th November 2023.
