Dublin City Council Parks, Biodiversity and Landscape Services wishes to redevelop the Harbour Area in Portobello. - This is the Planning Application for this development 

An exhibition on the Preliminary Design Concepts for Portobello Harbour Park was held on July 21^st  2022 at St Kevin’s Community Centre in Portobello.  These plans were further developed based on the feedback from that exhibition. Following that a preferred Design was presented St Kevin’s Community Centre on the 31st May 2023. These plans for further developed based on internal Dublin City Council engagement and were formally presented to Dublin City Council on 13th May 2024. It was agreed to proceed with these plans for Part 8 planning.

The planning consultation will run until 25th of July 2024 at 4.30pm . We welcome all feedback and comments from anyone interested in the project
