Making a submission allows you to give your views on a particular issue. Submissions are made so that you, or your group/organisation can contribute to the amendments proposed to the North Lotts and Grand Canal Dock Planning Scheme 2014.  To assist you we have listed the Proposed Amendments to the North Lotts and Grand Canal Dock Planning Scheme 2014 below and such that you can make submission under the relevant changes. There is the opportunity to upload photos or other documents that is supplementary to your main submision

Closing date for all submissions is on Wednesday 26^th February 2020.

Why your views matter

An Bord Pleanala determined, under Section 170A(4)(b) of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, that the proposed amendments to the North Lotts and Grand Canal Dock Planning Scheme consititutes a material change and fall within the criteria set out in subsection 3(b)

Therefore, in accordance with Section 170A(7) of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, Dublin CIty Council is making the proposed amendments available for inpsection and invites submissions or observation with respect to the proposed amendments
