Haverty Road Filtered Permeability Trial Consultation

Closed 14 Jul 2022

Opened 29 Jun 2022

Overview

Dublin City Council is proposing a filtered permeability trial on Haverty Road, Marino, to address traffic issues in the area.

The proposal is for a filtered permeability trial on Haverty Road for six months. Filtered permeability means that pedestrians, cyclists, local access and emergency access can use the street, while cut-through traffic will be prevented. It is likely that this will improve safety on the street and create a more liveable area for residents of Haverty Road and the Marino Area.

The trial date is provisionally set for Sunday 21st August 2022 (to be confirmed) and will last for six months.

Further details on the proposal are available in the document and sketch available at the bottom of this page.
