Overview

Dublin City Council has prepared a Draft Masterplan for lands at Belmayne and Belcamp Lane at the Malahide Road Junction (R139/R107) in Dublin 13/ Dublin 17 as required by the Clongriffin – Belmayne Local Area Plan 2012 (life of LAP extended in 2017 for a further 5 years) and is inviting submissions from the public.

The Draft Masterplan, which comprises of a detailed urban design framework, is intended as a guide for the implementation of the Local Area Plan as it relates to these lands.

The Masterplan will shape the future development of the lands providing guidance on issues such as building height, street layout, land use, block arrangement, housing density, public amenities and access and movement.

Why your views matter

Dublin City Council is undertaking public consultation on the Draft Masterplan from Thursday 16th July to Thursday 27th August 2020 and would like to hear from you.

A copy of the Draft Masterplan, together with the accompanying Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Appropriate Assessment (AA) Screening Reports and Strategic Flood Risk Assessment, are available for inspection from Thursday 16th July to Thursday 27th August 2020 (both dates inclusive) online at: https://consultation.dublincity.ie/planning/draft-belmayne-and-belcamp-lane and, by appointment only, at the following locations:
