A request, to have the public right of way extinguished over the laneway to the rear of multiple properties at Harbour Court, Dublin 1 has been made. The reason for this extinguishment is due to anti-social behaviour. It is regularly used for intravenous drug use and is littered with needles and other drug paraphernalia.
