Overview

In the context of the objectives set for the organisation in the Corporate Plan, and in the changing work environment in which we are all operating, the Corporate Services and Transformation Management Team and a newly formed Renewal Team, made up of staff from across the Department, are laying the groundwork for a Blueprint for Renewal of the Department.

The Corporate Services and Transformation Department plays a key role in supporting all Dublin City Council departments in their day to day work and in the delivery of services. Our functions include:

  • Corporate Services, including Facilities Management
  • Customer Services
  • Transformation Unit
  • Smart Cities
  • New Digital Services and Corporate Data and Analytics functions

Why your views matter

Learning from the success of similar initiatives in other public service organisations, the Renewal Initiative is based on values of openness, transparency and collaboration. In that context, we invite you to participate in the early identification of the key issues which will need attention as part of the renewal work which is underway.  Responses to this questionnaire will contribute directly to the renewal process and will inform the Renewal Team’s work over the coming months in how best to build and organise Corporate Services & Transformation resources and capabilities for the future.
