We want to hear about our service users experiences, while interacting with  Dublin Fire Brigade's Fire & Rescue Service. We do not require any personal information for this survey, however you may leave your e-mail address, if you wish, at the end of the survey to recieve a copy of your responses. 

In order to maintain the intergrity of the survey, we can only accept responses from service users who have interacted with Dublin Fire Brigade within the last 12 months.

Note if your response to the first qualifying question is no, you will be brought to the end of the survey.

Why your views matter

The Dublin Fire Brigade responds to emergency 999 or 112 calls in the Eastern Region (Leinster, Cavan & Monoghan). 

Dublin Fire Brigades Service, which is unique in Britain and Ireland, uses the combined strengths of the Fire / Rescue Service and Emergency Ambulance Service to provide a complete public safety system.

In 2021 we received ISO9001 Quality recertification for our Fire, Rescue, Ambulance and Fire Prevention Service, as part of our commitment to continually improving our service we want to hear from members of the public in relation to their experiences of Dublin Fire Brigade.
