Why your views matter

Dublin Fire Brigade's (DFB) Eastern Region Control Centre responds to Fire & Rescue calls in the Eastern Region (Leinster, Cavan & Monoghan) and Ambulance Calls in the Dublin area (999 or 112 calls).

Dublin Fire Brigade's Fire, Rescue and Ambulance Service, which is unique in Britain and Ireland, uses the combined strengths of the Fire / Rescue Service and Ambulance service to provide a complete public safety system.

In 2021 we recieved ISO9001 Quality recertification for our Fire, Rescue,  Ambulance, Call Taking & Dispatch and Fire Prevention service, as part of our commitment to continually improving our service we want to hear from members of the public in relation to their experiences of Dublin Fire Brigade's Call Taking & Dispatch Service.

What happens next

Once the information is collected it will be processed and analysed. The results will be relayed back through management meetings into our organisation. The information gained will be used to assess how we are performing and will help us to identify areas that may need improvement. This feed back will improve the service being provided for our service users.
