What is Dublin City Comhairle na nÓg?
Comhairle na nÓg means Youth Council, it provides young people with an opportunity to discuss and debate matters of relevance to them and their community. Through Comhairle na nÓg young people are encouraged to speak out and have their voices heard around various topics.
There is a Comhairle na nÓg located in the 31 local authorities of the country, we are Dublin City Comhairle na nÓg. Our members are aged 12-17years.
Registration & Date:
Registration is open to all young people aged 12-17 years who live or attend a School / Youth Organisation in the Dublin City Council Administrative Area

Location: The Round Room (The first Dáil Eireann met there in 1919)

The purpose of this event is to seek the views of young people in the county on the matters that are important to them. All young people will have the opportunity to give their views on youth issues and discuss them.
At this event the participants will learn how to stay involved with Comhairle na nÓg and become a member. *Note places are limited*
The current Comhairle na nÓg will present all the work they’ve done over the last year and most importantly you will have FUN!
