Building Heights Review

 Dublin City Council is the Development Agency for purposes of implementing the Planning Scheme for North Lotts and Grand Canal Dock Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) in accordance with sections 165 -171 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).

In accordance with Guidelines for Planning Authorities on “Urban Development and Building Heights”, published by the Government in December 2018, Dublin City Council, as the designated Development Agency, is undertaking a review of the building heights within the Planning Scheme.

In this regard, Dublin City Council is interested in hearing from those wishing to submit comments, or relevant information for consideration as part of this review of building heights.  Written submissions or observations are therefore now invited.

In order to be considered as part of the review these should be received not later than Thursday 18^th April 2019.  These submissions/observations should be clearly marked: “Building Heights Review, North Lotts and Grand Canal Dock Planning Scheme” and can be sent by email to NLGCD@dublincity.ie , online at consultation.dublincity.ie or by post to the following address;
