Housing Maintenance Project Survey Team Version

Overview

Dublin City Council is working with FutureGov - a UK based design agency - to carry out research to understand how to improve the Housing Maintenance service for tenants and for staff.  We want to learn more about the experience of DCC employees in delivering and working with the Housing Maintenance service.  We hope to use this information to make improvements to our services and make them more user-friendly.

We're asking staff who deal with Housing Maintenance from an administrative point of view to complete this survey to help us understand more about your role and experience in the process and to get your opinions on how we can improve the service for everyone.

All responses will be collected anonymously and used only for the purposes of this project.
