Extinguishment of Public Right of Way over the laneway at 27-33 West Road, East Wall, Dublin 3

Overview

A request, to have the public right of way extinguished over the laneway to the rear of houses at 27-33 West Road, East Wall, Dublin 3 has been made. The reason for this extinguishment is due to anti-social behaviour. It is regularly used for intravenous drug use and is littered with needles and other drug paraphernalia. The residents have reported numerous bike robberies and attempted break-ins via this laneway. Also it has become a location for illegal dumping.
